Google Play Download or uPdate issues

[Android Central Question]

It seems like constantly on my T-Mobile RVVL Plus I have to keep resetting my network settings and may have to also clear google play data to fix update problems. Any reason why?

Welcome to Android Central! What download/update issues are you having? Do app installations/updates seem to hang? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

You shouldn't have to reset network settings. Have you already tried clearing the app cache/data for both Google Play Store and Download Manager in Settings>Apps? You typically have to tap Menu>Show System to find Download Manager.
