Need to move cash

Question? Ive got money on one of my emails and want to move it to another. How do i do this. I put it on a secondary email and want to my primary. Thought my recovery email was attached to my game and it was my primary. Now I can't use it. How do I move it over? Sent me to a secure page where I have to pay money. My money is trapped in that email and I can't pay anything until I get it moved.
