[Android Central Question]

I recently updated my samsung galaxy tab 10.1 firmware OTA, and left it in the process. When came back i found it to be stuck on samsung logo Tab 10.1, then tried to run a recovery process but it went to a complete no boot.
I have tried several option including loong power button press but to no avail. When i connect to it to the laptop and try to power up, it gives a bing sound and in device manager i see "APX" need drivers.

I read different posts but none has helped me out. Please anyone out there experienced the same problem and worked out the solution will appreciate your assistance.

Try to get your carrier to accept it as a liability issue - their update damaged your tablet. (Some make it easy, some you have to fight with.) It's so old that even an old refurb will probably be a lot newer.
