remove facebook from my lg v30+

need to know how to remove facebook, messenger and instagram

It might not be possible to entirely remove them, but you might be able to disable them. Try this for each of the apps:

Settings->Apps
Tap on the name of the app you want to remove/disable
Tap "Force Stop"
If the app is able to be uninstalled, the button on the left will be labeled as "Uninstall," otherwise it will be labeled as "Disable." Some apps offer neither of these options.
