When i let my USB charger connect into the phone, it has 0% battery, which well its already drained berfore, But when 15 or 10 Seconds has passed, the Motorola logo appears and the screen turns on, but all it does is just do a very short vibration and turns off, This keeps repeating everytime i try another or the same Charger.
Also it does not charge at all, it just stays at 0% battery, even if it has upped to 1%, the Motorola logo appears and bam, 0%.

If the battery gets down low enough (what would be about -50% if the phone showed negative numbers for charge), it has to be precharged before it can be charged. And unfortunately, the G2 battery can't be removed, so you can't use an external charger with precharge. So, as belodion almost hinted, you have to get the battery replaced.

In the future, keep the battery between 30% and 80% for longest life.
