Volume is very low even when at max. Also poor sound quality when using phone.

I have the volume all the way up and still have to hold the phone close to my head. Plus, the audio quality is very poor when I use the phone. The sound is muffled and I can't understand the speaker. Is this the a problem on all Moto e4s ?

Welcome to Android Central! How's the call quality if you use a wired or Bluetooth headset? If it's normal, then the problem might be with the earpiece speaker itself. Make sure the opening isn't blocked by debris.
