Samsung IPad 10.1 Security Network keeps stopping. Why?

I cannot get it to stop, how do i fix?

Welcome to Android Central! Which Samsung tablet is it? Galaxy Tab (of which there are several different versions) or Galaxy Note?

Go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Show System, and select Network Security. Then tap Storage, then Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now see if the problem persists.
