whats an easy way to have a picture or video slideshow running continually?

wife's work has a large display screen which has been in a store cupboard for a long time and has no instructions. its running on android and has usb sockets.

what my wife wants to do is put large pictures or video clips and have it run a slide show of everything in a folder non stop?

Welcome to Android Central! What brand and model is the device, and which version of Android is it running? There should be a Screensaver option (which used to be called Daydream, not to be confused with Google's newer Daydream VR) where you can select Photos and choose a folder.
