Oreo updated changed settings on Galaxy 8. How do I change message notifcation to show icon only?

Hello,

When I get a message I originally had my phone set up to light up and show the icon only without any text on the lock screen. Since I have updated to Oreo on my Galaxy s8 I have been getting "content hidden" messages along with the icon when I recieve a new message.

I have my Notifications set to icons only for the lock screen, which is supposed to hide the content and only show the icon. If I only have that selected, it shows both the full message and icon. If I turn on Hide Content as well, I get the the icon plus the content hidden message. Is there something else I need to change to switch it back to showing the icon only?
