My S5 verizon phone keeps updating continuously ... How can I fix this ???

S5 keeps wanting to update ... I update and after that is done, it says an update is available ... ugh !!! Please help ...

There may be many updates. My Nexus 7/2, when I set it up from new, passed through seven updates in succession before settling on the latest available software version.
