Help put my phone back to English

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone, and which language is it set to? Swipe down the notification panel, tap the Settings icon, and see if each settings heading has an associated icon. If so, look for the setting with an "A" icon which would be for Language & Input. Tap that, then tap the first item in that menu, which is likely System Language. Now choose English.

If you tell us which phone you have, we could also do a Google search for images of that phone's system settings menu in order to correlate where in the menu the Language & Input section is located.
