    It does not work anymore. I have had the phone for 2 months and only used the clock alarm frequently for one week. And when I try bixby to set the time to wake me up it goes in but does not work. I tried manually and the same thing. Used Tudor they could not fix it. Now it has to go to bestbuy geeksquad. Are there fixes for this issue? Anyone else have this issue?

    Welcome to Android Central! Can you be more specific about how the alarm doesn't work? If you set an alarm, does it remain visible in the alarm list, but it just doesn't go off at the proper time? Or do none of the alarms save? Does this also happen in Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-37190
