How to fix keep keep restoring old wifi password

[Android Central Question]

I hacked my neighbor wifi with my rooted device by wps ping week ago and he change password, so try to hack again with wps ping, but it always restoring old password, i cleaned up wpa.supplicant, wpa.supplicant.bak and fogot network by settings but didn't work. So how can infix restoring old password.
