Can I use 4g for networking while transferring data by WiFi from camera etc?

I use WiFi to transfer pictures from both a GoPro and a DSLR with WiFi SD card. When connected to the camera my network connection is blocked, so I can't do any other stuff that requires network while controlling the camera or transferring video/pictures. I tried an app called Speedify that actually works, but I suspect is sends all data (also local WiFi content) via a VPN server, at least I used my daily quota of 200MB very fast.

Download booster (on Samsung devices) could work, but it claims it only uses 4g to boost poor WiFi on large downloads (<30MB).

I just need to check email, getting Messenger updates, upload to Insta etc while keeping the WiFi connection to the camera alive.
