Netflix freezes and pixelates

[Android Central Question]

On Galaxy S8+ since Oreo update Netflix content freezes and pixelates badly from the beginning of any show. Netflix says it's Samsung. Samsung says it's Netflix. I've tried all the usual clearing cache and data, uninstalling, etc. multiple times. Changed every video seeing I can think of. Nothing changes

That sounds like it's either a problem with the Netflix service and/or app, or possibly the signal strength and speed of your internet connection.
