Hello all, I need a bit of help. My mother recently passed away and my Dad wants me to get her voice from her voicemail and put it on a CD for him.
I don't know if the audio is physically on the phone or if its in Sprint somewhere. Anyway, any help is greatly appreciated.

    I'm sorry to hear that.
Most likely, the voice recording is on the Sprint servers. If her number is still active, you could call the number and record her voice once the call goes to voicemail.

I have tried that and it doesn't sound that good. But perhaps headphone jack to mic jack and it will be clearer.

Added, it an LG G3 phone and still active. not going to shut it off till I have the recording.

Are you recording the voice through an app or using the speaker phone? There are quite a few call recorder apps in the app store that might be useful. The headphone jack to mic Jack using a male to male audio cable would probably work too.

Thanks for the ideas, got it worked out. I ended up using a cable from my phone to the mic input on my laptop and made the CD from there.
    Thanks for the help everyone.
