If your Samsung account is tied to your Google account (meaning that was the email account used to create the account), I guess you'd first need to reset your Google account password. Once that is done, does the phone allow you to recover using your Google account? Some do. If yours does, you should be able to recover using your Google account. At the least, some have had success by using
http://android.com/devicemanager to set a new PIN and use that to unlock the phone but this still requires that you have access to your Google account.
Actually, even better - Recover your Samsung account and use FindMyMobile, which will allow you to unlock the phone and reset the unlock codes.
