Why can't I unlock my phone while it is on ultra power saving mode after it died last night?

Last night my phone was on low percentage so I put on ultra power saving mode and it ended up dying. As soon as I arrived home I put it to charge and this morning when I went to go check on my phone I tried unlocking it but the keyboard didn't pop up. All day I have been unable to use my phone and I want to be able to unlock my phone tuern off ultra power saving made without restarting my phone and losing all my data and apps.

I think you need to go to a service center for that stuff.
