First things first, my phone started to act out with a window popping up saying something like "unfortunately, home page has stopped working" and it kept flashing on the screen, couldn't exit out so I restart the phone.

The "No Command" Android guy shows up then did the whole "power button + vol up/down" process.

I selected factory reset + wipe all data option then selected to reboot the system; I did this 2 or 3 times.

My phone never rebooted and now it won't turn on at all, just pitch black. Do I need to go to the store and get this fixed or is it a lost cause? Phone is pretty old (nearly 6 years).

    Thanks in advance.

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, it's probably a lost cause. The firmware may have become corrupt, or the motherboard might be failing.
