My laptop installed the fall update and it kept crashing so went back to the previous version. I wanted to go into my photos in google on my laptop tonight but the photos folder has gone (where you click on the square with lots of little squares in the top right hand corner). I can however still see the folder on my Android phone. This is a nuisance as I use this folder almost daily to drag and drop my images. Anybody else had this problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Google Photos is a website, not a folder -- you can always just type photos.google.com in your URL bar and bookmark that site.

The square with little squares in the top right corner on any Google site is Google's own site launcher. If you don't see Photos when you first click it, then click More. You should see it in the expanded window, and then you can drag and drop it into the main dropdown window.
