I am using Lenovo k note 6 . It shows could not save screenshot due to limited storage. Also my camera does not save captured photos. My phone has storage of 24 gb out of which 10 is used. I tried to solve the problem by watching videos from YouTube but it didn't work. Whenever I tried to rename or delete file it said operation failed. My Android version is 6.0.1 marshmallow

If it has a total of 24GB, a lot more than 10GB is being used, there's just a lot that you can't see - hidden files, system files, files in system areas, the recovery partition. And even with a 6GB Android, Lenovo could have partitioned storage to allow for 10GB for the OS. You'd have to root, then look at the size of the userdata partition to see how much total space is allocated for your use, then start looking for files in that partition to see how much space is free. Settings/Storage always shows less "used" than is actually used.
