I have a Pro12 tablet and I keep getting the settings password screen...

I have a Pro12 tablet and I've done the factory reset and I still get the settings password. How can I remove the settings password?

Welcome to Android Central! Just to be clear, you're talking about this tablet, right? Pro12 | Pro12 Android 2-in-1 tablet And not the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2?

What do you mean by "settings password"? Does it boot up to the homescreen, but as soon as you try to go to the system settings, it asks for a password?
