    I was on my school wifi and it was working fine until I randomly got disconnected and this message showed up. I suspect that its an IP or MAC address blacklist.

    I can't post links on here so I'll just describe the screenshot

    "The network administrator has prevented you from using the network.

    Welcome to Wireless_BYOD2

    Powered by Cisco and Meraki"

    It pops up when I click to "sign in" to the network.

    Unfortunately this is a block at the network level, so unless the network removes your address from the block list, you won't be able to connect. If this is an error, try forgetting the network from your phone, reboot, and try to connect again (sometimes the IP gets 'stuck' and it might cause conflicts).
