    Good morning representative,

    When attempting to download an app from the play store, I get the message "This app is not optimized with your device." This happened after a factory reset. My tablet is a Galaxy Tab A TM-350.

    FYI, this is an independent community forum -- we're not official representatives for Google, Samsung, or any other company.

    Can you clarify -- are you trying to install the Google Play Store app itself, or are you trying to install an app using the Play Store? Are you still able to install these apps that aren't optimized? It's not unusual for tablets to get this message, since most apps aren't designed for tablets.
