How to manage tab a 10.1 tablet wifi?

Do not have access to wifi control program. I had it before but not now. It seems to be stuck on 5.4 mhz; I want to set it to 2.4. There is no Settings for it.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Wi-fi and look for the Advanced menu -- you usually have to tap the Menu button at the upper right to find it. If it's possible to select the wi-fi frequency, the option would be there.
