verification failed unable to restart your device samsung j5 again and again

[Android Central Question]

i have not touched my fone, it was kept on the table and suddenly this message pops up ,
verification failed unable to restart your device samsung j5 again and again.
and there is only one button for reset.

i dont have any option other than to click on reset button.

it wipes of all the data, can any one please help and tell me, what is the root cause for this problem, and what is the solution.
