Found an old S5 in my drawer that i want to use as a backup phone. Recently, the screen has burned in by the notification icons and battery icon. Is there a way to fix this without buying a 90 dollar screen>

You can use an app that supposedly eliminates it, but what it really does is burn the rest of the screen in so you don't see the icons. It doesn't raise the water, it lowers the bridge.
