I have tried to install Snapchat 12 times and it keeps saying you cannot download Snapchat because of the phones default install location. I have delayed all of my apps but it keeps saying that, what can I do

Is your phone set to download apps to SD card, maybe? If so, you'd have to change that to be internal memory. Haven't seen this option in a very long time, so if this is the case, you either have a very outdated OS or a rooted/modified device.
