Is there a way to determine which widget? I have a ZTE Prestige Model N9132. I've cleared the cache but that didn't work.

Is this a message on the homescreen or just a random pop up? Are there any widgets missing/shaded in your homescreen? You should be able to just remove them from there to re-add if necessary. Also, if you recently moved any apps to SD card, widgets cannot load from there.

It's on the homescreen continually. All of the widgets on my screen are the accurate shade. I did get rid of a few a month or so ago - I dragged them into the trash can.

Can you share a picture of what it looks like? Have you made sure you don't have any more homescreen pages added where this might be 'hiding'? What about removing all widgets and re-adding the ones you do want?

I'm used to working with a dumb phone, not a smart one. How would I know if a home screen is "hidden"?

It wouldn't be hidden, you'd just have to swipe to the left/right to show it. Or usually long-pressing on a homescreen would let you see if you've added any more pages. Only phones that 'hide' pages are Samsung and Pixels, where you can swipe right to display either Flipboard, Bixby or Google's Assistant, but these don't have widgets, just information from said digital assistants.

I just decided to return the phone to factory settings. It will take hardly any effort to re-add the contacts and I'm always moving my photos to my computer. And it clears up my problem. Thanks for your help!
