Why does my phone show me that subsystem crashed: Modem

It normally gets heated and and shows me that it has crashed until the battery is off and it starts again

It sounds as if you're having a problem with your radios. Are you someplace where the mobile signal is exceptionally weak? (That causes the transmitter to run at full power, causing more heat.)
