I tried calling my friend who is visiting and got the above message, I called the hotel where he was staying and got the same message.

I used my girlfriends phone and was able to call both numbers

I can call other number with my phone and it works fine.

    Any ideas how to fix.

    Welcome to Android Central!

Take your SIM card out of this phone and put it into another one, then try making calls again. If it works, you'll know there's something wrong with your phone. If it doesn't, you'll know there's something wrong with your SIM card and/or account, in which case you'll need to contact your mobile carrier for assistance.
