Please Help Me

[Android Central Question]

i have a htc desire 628 phone
i flash a stock rom 2PVGIMG_V36BML_DUGL_L51_DESIRE_SENSE70_HTC_India_SEA_1.17.400.1_492560_combined_signed_2_4.zip
but after flashing by sp tools, my phone don't power up & also don't charge.
But if connect by charger the indicator light up.
And my pc detects the phone only for 2-3sec
Than i again flash other stock rom 2PVGIMG_V36BML_DUGL_L51_DESIRE_SENSE70_HTC_Europe_1.17.401.2_Radio_0.1524V28P45.0504.0422_1_release_488427_signed_MT6753_Hboot_2_4
but my phone don't power up
please help

This time try flashing the stock ROM made for your model of the phone. It can't be both the Indian version and the European version at the same time. Flashing the wrong version won't make the phone work.
