Have you tried clearing the cache partition? Have you tried a factory reset? What troubleshooting have you done to determine it's more than a software issue?
Sure, some people did experience a boot loop issue and have gotten satisfaction from Google, even this long after purchase. I would not take that as the norm or expect it to happen for you.
