Hi. I'm relatively new to this and I want to learn more. So now I'm installing a firmware on my Galaxy S4 (it's currently installing) and I think my phone has custom download mode. So after installing the firmware of the phone will I get the default factory download mode (I'm installing factory firmware)?

There's the Samsung download mode, by which you install ROMs (and some other software), and there's the download function of Android - two separate things. Whichever firmware you install, the Samsung download mode will remain. (It's not "part of the Android OS" - the phone storage is partitioned into 3 separate operating systems, the normal one, the Samsung download mode and the recovery mode. When you download firmware, you're installing it to the normal partition. In some Samsung phones, you can install a custom recovery partition, like TWRP. I don't think you can install a different Samsung download partition - I've never seen a Samsung phone that could, although I've never installed LineageOS.)
