I sent my phone to the technical service. They swapped the motherboard.

I received the phone today.

I added my google account to the phone.

However the download of the apps which I've used before didn't start.

How to download them all automatically?

Which phone? Was your previous phone backed up to your Google account (on the Galaxy S9/S9+, that's in Settings->Cloud and accounts->Backup and restore)?

On first boot, you should've seen options to either set up the phone as new or restore from backup. If you chose "new," then your apps wouldn't have restored. But if you chose "restore," then your apps should've downloaded and your phone should've configured itself as it was before - but only if your phone was backed up to Google Drive before you sent it in.

When I had changed my phone from Samsung Galaxy S to Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The apps had automatically downloaded and installed.

Now the technical service changed the motherboard of my Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

But the apps won't automatically be downloaded?

How to fix that?

When I had changed my phone from Samsung Galaxy S to Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The apps had automatically downloaded and installed.

Then I didn't backup anything to drive.

At the part;

Settings - Personalization - Backup and Reset

Back up my data : On
Backup account : Selected
Automatic Restore : Checked

The settings were the same when I sent the phone to the technical service.

So this should have been downloading those apps. Should it?

I also get this error "Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly."

At "Settings - Accounts - Google - Menu (Three dots) - Sync Now"
