    My daughters J3 Mission removed all of apps from her phone today. I'm trying to do a factory reset to clear all of the storage and it states "You do not have permission to perform this action. Contact your organization's IT administrator for more information". Her phone is not connected to a service provider. Why can't I reset it?

    Welcome to Android Central! Where did your daughter's phone come from? Was it purchased brand new or used? It sounds like it was originally a company phone, and is therefore controlled by that company's security policy.
