S8 plus network issue

[Android Central Question]

Hi,
My S8 plus not catch signal when only 2G network available.Already check sim in other hand set and its work perfectly ok.Also visit samsung care but as per samsung care(India)problem with all S8plus and its software issue we cant solve.any one facing similar issue.
