why is my phone(samsung j1 ace keeps showing me that "unfortunately email has stopped"

I even tried force stop still not helping. ..I can't use my phone properly

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps, select the Email app, then Storage, then Clear Cache. If that doesn't help, also try Clear Data -- but be careful about this if you use a POP3 mail server and save all of your emails locally to the phone.
