Here's my take:

AR Everywhere - Yeah, they're doing some cool stuff there.
Shortcuts for Siri - I was watching this and had a feeling Assistant had something like it.
DnD - Really depends on what you want to do with it. It works for my purposes (silencing notifications at night), I haven't tried to do more with it, but you can manually activate it by running the volume all the way down.
Activity reports - yeah, that's pretty cool and I could see the use for someone with kids.
Memoji - Umm, isn't the point of RCS to have a UNIFIED STANDARD? Now we have Apple coming out with yet another item that will only work on its OS on its devices with its messaging app!
Performance improvements for older phones - Those older phones first need to actually GET an update. Once we've dealt with that we can deal with the performance of those phones.
FaceTime/Encrypted messaging - Umm, RCS again...
 
Performance improvements for older phones....wonderful. :)

The other things seem minor compared to that.
