Android Central Question

Samsung Galaxy 9, Oreo 8.0.0
This is a new behavior. The moment the phone reaches a 100% charge the screen turns on and beeps.
I use a wireless charger and use it when I go to sleep, so this behavior is very annoying.
I've looked online and it's been reported as a new bug--please advise.

Advice:

Wait until Samsung comes out with an update that fixes the bug.

Until then, it depends on you. Magisk with the MCS module can be set to stop charging wherever you like. (You shouldn't charge to 100% anyway - the battery lasts longer if you limit it to 80%.) So if you set MCS to 80 30, the phone stops charging at 80% (which saves the battery) and it won't turn on and wake you up. (Of course that roots the phone, and some people are opposed to rooting for some reason. (It's systemless rooting, so if you uninstall Magisk, there's no sign that it was ever rooted.) And that gives you a few other benefits, like Doze, Greenify, etc.
