How to stop getting notifications

I had the ifunny app in my Galaxy S8+ I turned off the notifications from the in app and phone settings. I still got notifications and even now that I uninstalled the app still get notifications. How do I stop it?

Welcome to Android Central! When you get the notification, swipe down the notification panel and long-press the notification, then tap App Info. Is it coming from iFunny, or from Chrome?
