Did anyone find a solution for the problem?

My phone just recently started giving the same problem Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and hotspot won't turn on

Which phone are you using? Did it recently receive an Android OS update? Does this problem persist in safe mode (if so, then it's likely a rogue app that's causing it)?
