Why wont my LGMS550 load past the metro pcs logo?

[Android Central Question]

My phone continually said multiple different apps weren't responding and stopped working after an update. I restarted the phone and it's stuck on the metro pcs logo. I tried a hard reset and it says "no command"...I don't have access to a cpu and have no idea how to reboot or restart the phone. I tried holding the volume buttons+the power button during "no command" and nothing happens. Please help!!!!

Was the update you're talking about an official system update pushed over-the-air?
