Why is my sd card apps transfer and multuplying in the main screen

I transfered some apps on my sd card. I have those apps in my main screen ( when i press the home button there) if i close my phone and then open it again they gone from the home page or they multiplying and i have to transfer them again what should i do?

Stop moving apps to the SD card - it causes all sorts of problems. (That's why Google was telling us not to run Widgets from the SD card since the earliest Android phones, but people wanted to, so Google just gave up. But it's still a bad idea.)
