Nativedropbox agent

How do enable native drop box agent that has been disabled. Do I need this ?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? It's presumably a preinstalled Dropbox system interface. If you never use Dropbox, then it's not necessary. If you want to enable it, go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Show System, and look for that system app. If it says Disabled, then select it and tap Enable.
