After getting Message+ messages about space and it constantly crashing when trying to delete messages I set my phone to restart, however, upon booting back up every single tab I had open in chrome (a lot of them past the 100 mark) were gone and I cannot seem to locate a way to open them back up.

Welcome to Android Central! This is normal after a reboot, since the phone is essentially powering down. I suggest simply bookmarking all of your regular sites so that you can open them easily from the Bookmark page.

EDIT: Correction, after testing it out myself, I see that Chrome does remember the open tabs -- sorry about that. Do you have any automatic "phone cleaner" features turned on, or a 3rd party cleaner app installed? Something might have been set to automatically clear the cache in Chrome.
