My did an update now i have lost several apps like the user manager how can i get them back

Usager manager disappered after a soft ware update from att i have an s7 phone

Usager manager or usage manager? The usage manager is in Mobile Data - the data manager.

When the Android version gets updated, some things in Settings get moved around or renamed.

I have the S7E and the Usage Manager App has disappeared. It's no longer listed in the Google Play Store after the update. Does anyone know if a similar app to turn off and on Wifi/Data?

Are you looking to automatically turn those on or off? Those services can be toggled using the Quick Settings menu on the notification shade.
