How to stop the email app from sending me these notifications?

How do I stop the notifications from my email app to gain access to my calander and contacts? The notification comes up every few minutes after i swipe it away and i dont want to sync it to either.
Any advice would be muchly appreciated!

Which phone are you using?
If your phone has autostarted manager, then use auto-start manager to silence these notification.

Settings/Accounts or inside the email app, disable sync. In the email app, in Settings, disable notifications.

Your email app has access to your calendar and contacts in the direction other than the one you're thinking - for you to choose a contact to send an email to, or to choose a date (and mark something for that date if you need to).
