Flash tool does not detect my HTC desire 526g+ at all

[Android Central Question]

My phone began bootloop when i flashed TWRP through root app and after reboot my phone it stuck at bootloop.
It doesn't boot into recovery mode and only works fastboot mod.
What is solution to flash it again
