[Android Central Question]

I have cleared cache but not data saved. Also, was given instructions from Chrome to be sure the amail is on "safe mode". Where is "safe mode"?

Welcome to the forums. That depends on what phone you have. Try this, hold the power button (as when switching the phone off), long press the 'Power off' message and select safe mode.

By the way, what problem are you having with your phone?
